The Prince and Princess of Wales and the Duke and Duchess of Sussex have marked Valentine’s Day by sharing a romantic picture.

William and Kate posted an image of themselves holding hands, and sitting on a blanket in the woods, as William kisses Kate on the cheek.

The picture is a still taken from the video released last year when the Princess of Wales announced her cancer treatment had ended.

It was posted to their X account with a heart emoji.

Meghan, on her new Instagram account, has posted a black and white photo of her and Prince Harry kissing.

The caption reads: “Back home taking care of our babies, and missing my Valentine, as he continues on at the Invictus Games, changing lives and reminding all of us of the power of healing and resilience through these incredible veterans and their families.

“Beyond proud of my husband and what he’s created.”

She added: “My love, I will eat burgers & fries and fish & chips with you forever. Thank you for you. #lovewins.”

She also uploaded a video of strawberries being cut into heart shapes.

The Prince and Princess of Wales’s photo is the first time the couple, who were married in 2011, have released a photograph to mark Valentine’s Day.

Over the last year, Kate has undergone abdominal surgery, as well as chemotherapy for an undisclosed form of cancer.

She has been returning to public engagements after publishing a deeply personal video to announce that her chemotherapy had come to an end in November.

The video showed her spending time with her husband, Prince William, and their three children, as she said her focus was on “staying cancer free”.
