A man has died after a tree fell on to a caravan during Storm Goretti.
Emergency services were called at around 7.35pm to the Mawgan area of Helston on Thursday, Devon and Cornwall Police said.
Work took place on Friday to remove the tree, police added.
“Tragically, a man aged in his 50s was located deceased within the caravan. His next of kin have been informed and are being supported by officers,” the force said.
The death is not being treated as suspicious, and police will prepare a file for the coroner.
