A man and a woman have been charged with murder after the death of a 26-year-old in southeast London.
Ayowale Aladejana died at the scene in Monson Road, New Cross, on Saturday evening, after police were called to reports of a man with stab wounds at a residential address.
Ben Wazabanga and Ronique Belfon, both 23 and from Bedford, have been charged with murder.
Wazabanga has also been charged with possession of a knife.
Belfon appeared at Westminster Magistrates’ Court today and spoke only to confirm her name, age and address.
She was remanded in custody and will next appear at London’s Old Bailey on Wednesday.

A post-mortem gave the preliminary cause of death as a stab wound to the chest.
